The Q Variel

First off let me start by saying I love how the property is very clean and i absolutely love that they have 24 hour valet & concierge services. Secondly I love the staff that toured me around her name is Gretel. I wish she showed me this place a year ago I would’ve moved in already. I had Gretel as a tour guide showing me around a couple days ago and wow she’s really amazing and welcoming makes me want to move in even sooner. I’ve gotten shown a lot of places with people but Gretel is the most welcoming person thus far. Her personality is amazing and she is very professional. I love it and this place . Amazing apartment building . I even gotten a Hot chocolate from here which is very nice and really good. Better then the stores

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Gaby, my leasing agent, during my recent tour at The Q Variel complex. She was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule on a walk in visit. From the moment I arrived, Gabby was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home right away. She was also extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful information about the property. Throughout the tour, Gabby was an excellent guide, showing me all of the wonderful amenities that The Q Variel has to offer. I was particularly impressed by how clean and modern the complex is - it's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into the design and upkeep of the property. Overall, I can't recommend Gabby and The Q Variel highly enough. The combination of a fantastic leasing agent and a beautiful, well-maintained complex makes this a top-notch choice for anyone looking for a new home. I'm already looking forward to becoming a future resident and enjoying all that The Q Variel has to offer!

My first experience with the staff was exceptional thanks to the help and amazing personality of Gretel! She was so down to earth and helpful with every question I had about the building. She was excited and happy to help and that made all the difference when touring and applying. She was so attentive and supportive. She continues to be such a great presence to be around when I see her. If you’re coming to tour, make sure to ask for Gretel, she will make your experience just what you need.

The apartment itself is a work of art, with top-notch finishes and a spacious layout. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-tier.
